A paid ChatGPT account (it’s just $20 a month) for the exercises – at the end of the workshop you’ll leave with feedback on new or existing marketing initiatives for your organization.

Jeanne’s Intensives are Hands-on, Interactive, and Fun!
Digital marketing is fun — and so is this intensive!
Jeanne’s years of experience as a professor and trainer have honed her teaching skills. Each section of the intensive is broken into three parts:
- Lecture: Jeanne uses case studies, real-world examples, interactive discussions, personal experiences, and layman’s terms to present and explain the concepts you need for success.
- Exercise: You’ll apply what you’ve learned right away, working individually, in a small group, or as a class
- Readout: Once complete, you’ll share your work with Jeanne and the class, and get feedback.
At least 60% of your time will be spent on exercises and readouts; no more than 40% will be spent listening to Jeanne lecture. Have a question? Just ask. Jeanne is happy to address it in the moment.

In her 30+ years in the digital marketing space, Jeanne Jennings has helped start-ups, enterprise-sized organizations, and every size company in between make their digital marketing more effective and more profitable. Jeanne started her career with CompuServe, and then left for the publishing industry, where she was on the forefront of the move to digital. She also spent some time in the dot com world before the bubble burst.
In 2021 she founded Email Optimization Shop, a boutique digital marketing consultancy. She has helped a wide variety of clients, including AARP, Capital One, Hasbro, Network Solutions, Scholastic, U.S. General Services Administration, Verizon, Vocus (now Cision), World Bank, and others boost the bottom-line performance of their digital marketing.
In addition to consulting, Jeanne is a sought-after trainer, speaker, and author on digital marketing topics. She is a regular contributor to MarTech.org and the Only Influencers blog, as well as the Email Optimization Shop blog, and also guest authors columns for other publications. She holds private and public workshops, as well as speaking at conferences in the United States and abroad.
She earned her MBA with a concentration in marketing from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She is now an adjunct professor teaching digital marketing in the Master’s of Integrated Marketing Communications Program at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies.
Jeanne is also general manager of Only Influencers, the original community of email industry professionals, and programming chair of their annual conference, Email Innovations World, taking place June 2-5, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona.
