We are more than an email marketing agency; we are an optimization shop. All of our work, whether it’s consulting or training, is focused on a single goal: boosting our client's bottom-line performance.

CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS

Each client engagement is different; we analyze your existing campaign(s) or program to identify strengths and areas of potential improvement. Then we apply scientific method, using hypotheses, testing and tracking results, to make your email marketing more effective and more profitable.

Jeanne’s areas of expertise include optimizing bottom-line email marketing performance and boosting opt-in email list growth. Core services include:

writing effective online and email copy, and
working with the creative team so the final product accurately brings the strategic vision to life.

We can also bring design, coding, technical support, deliverability and other email-related services to the table. For some clients we’ve operated as a full-service email marketing agency.

TRAINING WORKSHOPS

Jeanne is an expert trainer, scoring equally high for presentation and subject matter knowledge.

All of her presentations include case studies, real-life examples, audience participation, group exercises and as-we-go questions and answers. Typically her presentations are more than 50% audience participation, group discussions, and individual exercises, and less than 50% lecture.

She does industry training as well as customized private workshop training for organizations. Jeanne has experience with multi-day, full-day, half-day training sessions, as well as hour and half-hour webinar trainings. She’s happy to lead a training online, or on-site at your location.

In 2019, Jeanne led a 4-hour pre-conference workshop before the Email Evolution Summit called Segmentation, Automation, and Personalization, Practical Ways to Use Them to Boost Response. It scored an overall rating of 3.78/4.0, with Jeanne earning a score of 4.0/4.0 for knowledge of subject and a 3.98/4.0 for communication skills (nobody’s perfect!). 96% of attendees said they would attend a similar session at future conferences.

Jeanne’s 4-hour pre-conference workshop, Innovate Your Performance Testing, Boost Your Bottom Line, for the 2020 Email Innovations Summit, earned attendee ratings of 5.0/5.0 both for Jeanne as an instructor and as an overall score for the workshop.
